On the road with TBS’ MLB Postseason voice, Brian Anderson

TBS is the exclusive home for this year’s American League Postseason, showcasing some of baseball’s most storied teams and marquee players this month – New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Houston Astros, Cleveland Indians and Oakland A’s. And one of Turner’s voices behind the “MLB on TBS” is Brian Anderson who has been delivering TBS’ MLB postseason play-by-play coverage since 2008.

Milwaukee fans will likely recognize him at the voice of the Brewers, the NL team he’s been announcing for more than a decade. But at Turner, he’s not just one of our main men in the MLB booth; he also covers NBA on TNT and March Madness and PGA Championships for Turner Sports.

So far this postseason, Brian’s been busy covering the Wild Card Game, ALDS and ALCS, which means life on the road and an endless cycle of hotels and broadcast booths. But it also offers the pro sportscaster unique vantage points of some of the most iconic ballparks. Take a look at a few of Brian’s behind-the-scenes moments from the AL postseason circuit so far.

He gets to enjoy the booth all to himself.

And a view that can’t be beat!

He’s one with the players.

And takes in the quiet before the storm.

He’s in on what the real postseason essentials are.
